Hayman Island Airport

Hayman Island doesn't have its own airport but is connected with the Airport on Hamilton Island as are most of the other islands located in the Whitsunday's. The Hamilton Island airport is serviced daily by Virgin Blue and Jetstar airlines with flights originating from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Once you land at Hayman Island you will be greeted by a member of the Hayman team who will arrange the transportation of your luggae to your accommodation from flights to the connecting launch, seaplane and helicopter transfers to your room or suite on Hayman.

Jetstar also currently operates services from Brisbane to Proserpine as do Virgin Blue who operates a daily flight from Brisbane to Proserpine, and daily connections to Sydney. From Proserpine guests will connect with a coach transfer from Proserpine to Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour and then board a cruise boat to transfer to Hayman.
